Julie Olsen Oscar and his team are wonderful. He skillfully crafted a custom diamond engagement ring and diamond baguette wedding band from a design we brought to him over 17 years ago and it came out so beautiful. Then, about five years ago, I accidentally lost the diamond wedding band and was never able to find it. Being one of a kind, I resigned to the fact that I’d never have it again and replaced it with a plain band which just never looked right. So this year I traveled back to Los Angeles from the east coast, after having moved away, and stopped in to see the team and commission the replacement of that band and within a couple weeks I had my gorgeous new ring which was nearly identical to the original and yet somehow even more beautiful than before. The entire process from start to finish was effortless and the customer support was amazing. Our Final Fantasy XIV (Warrior and Black Mage) themed rings are even better than we initially thought possible. There were also no issues with shipping or doing everything remotely from Europe. We expect this wont be the last time we ask Takayas to make something for us.

She was very helpful in teaching us about the different characteristics of diamonds. If I could give more stars I would. She was very professional and reached out to me privately about picking a specific ring and made the process a lot less stressful than I originally thought. I would recommend this company to anyone.
