I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. Jesus Ceballos Very poor service. Didnt want to buy a new industrial extension cord, while they have a lot of old wore down construction equipment inside. Said they wouldnt be able to sell it. Honestly I dont think theyll be able to sell any of that stuff in there. Probably go out of business soon, the ceiling was missing a few panels.

Tim Thompson This is one of Solvangs great treasures. The owners of the business are both very kind, very knowledgeable with regards to the products they offer, and the artists that make the products. They sell the most amazing candles, I have bought many of the candle sets, the have them in a variety of colors, and shapes. if you looking to create a romantic enviorment using candles these will do the job. The blown glass items go beyond anything you will see in most shops of this kind, the are absolutely stunning. If you are not visiting Solvang soon you can visit Zfolio in Monterey California located on Cannery Row.

Just nice solid pieces. He’s currently resetting a new diamond for me and about to cast a new ring for my previous diamond. I trust his work 100%

Art Guerrero Best customer service and fabulous reps. I bought a crystal rose for my wife’s birthday earlier this year and someone accidentally knocked it off its stand a few pedals broke off. They replaced the crystal rose as part of their 2 year warranty! I was so happy and thankful. I’ll definitely comeback and purchase new products. Thank you!

Harrison Cunningham My wife and I have been going to DeVons for the last few years for various things such as ring resizing, cleanings, and engravings and a few small jewelry purchases. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They are also a Rolex AD and I put my name on the list for a GMT-Master II BLRO knowing how hard they are to get. My wife and I stayed in contact with Matt who was open and honest with us about the process. We really enjoy talking to Matt about the watches they sell and appreciate the time he takes with us every time we are there. Unbeknownst to me, Matt let my wife know that he has a BLRO for us a day before Valentines Day, so I got an awesome present! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
