cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

jenn chab Coming to La Bijouterie was a healing experience, to say the least. We came to Set for a new beginning after a traumatic incident regarding our original ring. Last year, we had originally gone to our family jeweler (in LA) of 20 years to reset our ring for our 20th anniversary. He basically disappeared with our diamond, cash, and our trust. We were heartbroken over the 20 years of memories that were stolen from us, and my kind husband was so upset but he decided to save up for another diamond and surprised me with the option to reset our ring again. This time we did our research and found Set, who listened to our story and he treated us so kindly and compassionately. After just a few short weeks, we had designed the ring I had been dreaming of. When I went to see it for the first time I expected to have a few edits or corrections, but it was literally PERFECT. I had NOTHING I wanted to change and it was EXACTLY everything I wanted and more. Set himself was amazing to work with and he is so good at what he does (he always had a nonstop stream of clients every time we came in). I’m so so so happy we found Set and we are so glad he is now a part of our ring’s (and anniversary) story. I will be recommending Set to anyone and everyone.

Service was polite, insightful and prompt. The in-store customer service was helpful and polite as well. Provided all the insight to order our wedding bands and helped offer a teacher’s discount. Cem was a great help and very kind. Honestly, do great work and provide a great quality product.

Dee Jay Oh, I love this store. The items they have are fairly new. It’s only one thing I don’t like if you find something for $100 and you can’t really pay on it I mean your hundred dollar pond turns into $140 pond I don’t think that’s fair but other than that I love the store
