Erica I have been a Nationwide customer of Nathans for almost 5 years. I left my previous company because I could never get a human being on the phone. This is not the case at Gleason Insurance Group! Nathan is an outstanding agent and his office offers top-notch service. I have a commercial policy and am always calling to make edits, ask questions, add or remove vehicles, etc. Nathan and his manager Ami Asuncion are always kind, friendly and willing to pause what they are doing and help me.
