Ed Starke Jesse Conger was a complete a hole. Very unprofessional and hung up on me while I was asking a question. He tried the poor me approach when I asked him for a quote and he said had too many claims to help me then hung up. NEVER USE THIS AGENT IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A PROFESSIONAL.

But when switching over my insurance to this team, it was such a breath of fresh air. I went from Allstate insurance to this group who did a deep dive research on what’s best for me. A true personal touch. Jessica Sturcken who is my representative and her follow through and follow up was top-notch and always had my best interest in mind unlike what happened over with the previous insurance company. I appreciate that she will give it to me straight on whether I need the coverage or not. Her expertise gives me peace of mind to know that she has my protection needs covered. I dont care if 15 minutes will save me 15% or more. If I can reach Cheri on a local number and talk to a person immediately and have someone looking out for me, I would be willing to pay a premium for that.
