While I was waiting for service, a worker approached me and said Im just checking on you we will be with you shortly I just want to see what you need and get you started so when they do call you, youll be ready. I was really impressed.

Youa Lee I had an awesome experience with SHAKO! SHE DESERVES THE 5 STARS! She was patient, knowledgeable & was able to help my dad who didnt speak English take care of his car insurance policy. On top of that she was able to give us a new AWESOME rate adding a new driver!!! Shes amazing!!! Thank you for being patient with us!!

Elsa Camarillo Desiree was super helpful ...I gave her a call about my mortgage company not receiving my renewed insurance policy and after less than 1 hour she reached out to the proper networks and had everything taken care of....this is the first time in 3 years with this broker that Ive had an issue and it wasnt because of any fault of their own.
