Julie Nakayama Maria Fuoco has been amazing to work with! I run a nonprofit and was having trouble answering a lot of the required questions to get insured as my business does not fit easily into a box. Maria spent so much time with me, helping me navigate the best avenue and provide me the best policy for my needs. Im guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if wed like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude. We highly recommend Angela Frangieh and her staffs services! Keep up the good work!
