Farmers Insurance - John Duncan - Concord (CA)

Karen Tan I recently switch my auto, home and umbrella insurance to Jeff Wong insurance agency. My car insurance premium went up double at renewal time this year because I add a young adult to the policy, plus I had involved in an at fault collision last year. Jeff is recommended from a friend of mine. Wow, he’s truly amazing! He goes the extra mile to find the best policy and best rate for us. I am very impressed when he told me he found a very good rate with another carrier. I was pleasantly surprised by the rate quoted from Jeff so I don’t need to shop around anymore. I personally believe I am getting the appropriate coverage for the lowest possible rate. Indeed, my experience with Jeff was absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable and helpful in anyway needed. He is friendly and always get back to me promptly. I highly recommend Jeff to my friends and family of his excellent, professional service. Trade Visa (VisaTrade) Im hoping this is the insurence broker I once had. It used to be located near SRJC. Gabriella Rivera insurence was the best broker Ive ever had. Gabby herself was a very sweet person. She made me feel like she had me covered and not to worry about insurence as long as I had her company as my broker. Anytime I needed to adjust my policy or add a car I could call. I noticed theyd always find me the best deal. Once I had to insure a dually truck and was informed it had commercial insurence required. It was beyond my means but they made it easy to insure it for a month while I used it to move. My parents are with Geico for some reason but now need a more custom insurence for their classic car. Im recommending Rivera Insurence Agency.

Jeff Bellsey Brittany is the bomb. She reached out, and over the course of several hour-long conversations, helped me understand the ins and outs of my home and auto policies. I had no idea how little I understood! She didnt push me or oversell me. She was just incredibly helpful in showing me exactly how much insurance I needed, and backed off easily when I refused certain coverages. Again, she called me, unsolicited. This was within a few months of taking over my policy from a retired agent, who had literally never initiated contact. Im very relieved to have Brittany on my side!
