1 /5 Katherine Smith: I’ve had gotten my services from them and at first it was good and all, then recently I missed my payment and the insurance cancelled my policy and that’s fine, I go in there and the attitude of these employees is just ridiculous, so I’m keeping my calm, mind you I’m paying for my car and I need full coverage I get there and the guy who helped me goes “wow you have 8 points in your license” mind you all LOUD! While there’s people in there like they don’t need to know my business but to me I was like how? If I have so many points then my license would be suspended right? Okay cool he goes insurances aren’t accepting anyone so the best I can advice you is get liability so I go? Okay? And when I asked for payment he goes you’re looking at to pay 400-800 for Liability? So I denied and I go to the dmv online and get my record and no points are shown ? And I was able to get full covered by Farmers insurance with rental! And I’ll be paying $200 a month? I didn’t have to pay no down payment? And my car is full covered ? I don’t do reviews but I was just embarrassed of how the guy and the girl were being so loud stating I have 8 points? And that’s why insurances don’t want cover me? How does that make sense? Then again there making commission but Come on now update your system because clearly I contacted the dmv and they said I had no points? So who should I believe ? Anyways save your time and just contact the insurance personally don’t go through brokers.
