I’ve had Mercury and AAA, but wasn’t confident they’ll timely and fairly pay claim which is guaranteed with State Farm. Carl and his agent Rocio provide expert and individual service, patiently adjusting limits and premiums based on priorities and necessities of home and auto insurance! Our teenage daughter started driving and her policy was very affordable, because of our long-term loyalty discount. Carl helped select Earthquake policy coverage himself and Rocio adjusted HO-6 limits, based on budget. It’s a pleasure working with both of you!

Purchasing the poilcies was easy, any communication I received from them has never come with any pressure, and they are very knowledgeable. I have been working with Ian McEwan, an agent in Carls office, for my renters insurance and auto insurance, and he consistently makes sure there arent better options for me.
