5 /5 Chris Anderson: Ive been with State Farm through this office for over 10 years now and they are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. Just recently I was having issues insuring my mothers car that was in the transition period after her passing and before it was to be distributed out in the inheritance. The previous company was not willing to renew the insurance (Chubb) and it was ending July 1st. Figuring out new insurance was really the last thing on my mind. I called up State Farm and I talked to Lori in this office and she made it super easy to get coverage. One less thing to deal with in during a difficult time was very much appreciated! Weve primarily worked with Lori who has been fantastic, but really everyone lve interacted with has been compassionate, responsive, and knowledgeable.
