He not only answered my questions, but also arranged on the spot updates, reinstatement of our CEA policy on our vacation home, adjustments to our auto coverages AND getting the new car insured and paid for/bound. 5 /5 Darrell C: I had an issue with getting my rv towed because of the size. The cost was expensive which I didnt know how I was going to pay for it. I was told maybe your insurance can pay for it. I called State Farm and spoke with Judy. Judy put me at eased by letting me know that State Farm would cover it and I can come pick up a check to pay for it. When I went to go pick it up I didnt have to wait which I was shocked and happy at the same time. Thank you Judy for the wonderful customer service you displayed.
