Da Empress Chao I came in to get a written appraisal for a gold chain we had concerns about, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and welcomed the entire time. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get.
