Ramona Ingrassia David Wong, my insurance agent with State Farm, is fantastic along with his wife Priscilla. Now he’s gone one step further, and he’s hired a wonderful lady named Roxy in Alabama to cover certain things that she specializes in to give his customer the best of service. I had a wonderful experience and feel very comfortable now with what is to transpire. I was not at fault, and they are going to take care of what I have to do every step of the way. I have an appointment with the body shop and then I have to go back to drop the car off since it is drivable and then they will have set up a rental car for me as soon as I let them know When I will need the car. No worries. Life can be stressful enough, and I think that my agent and his staff do their best to make everything go smoothly, especially when it was no fault of your own. Way to go!

Natalia gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had. I was on a tight deadline to get my truck insured, and she made it happen fast, plus she even got me a discount. I had the chance to meet her in the office, and she took the time to clearly explain everything. She made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Andrea handled all the permits I needed to haul containers from the ports. She’s great at keeping you in the loop and gave me updates throughout every step of the process. Her communication is excellent, and I really appreciated that. Gabriela helped me set up auto-pay, and made it quick and simple. Just one less thing to worry about! Honestly, the whole team at Atlantis has been great. Friendly, professional, and on top of everything. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

AHA! Movement My experience with Agent 2000 has always been amazing, but when I really realized just how good I had it was last month when I was getting ready for an outdoor fundraiser we had been working on for months and it was just days away. Out of nowhere I received a call from the city I was working with, that the City Attorney had rejected our liability insurance. As you can imagine it threw me into a panic. I called Laurie at Agent2000 and she put her magic to work. I don’t know what she did, or how she did it, I just know that she went head to head with them right up to the last minute and made our event happen for us. If you want a company that’s got your back, I highly recommend Agent2000, they are the BEST!
