It is rare to get to a person so quickly that handles your needs from start to finish and with such efficiency too. Within hours I had an estimate of insurance coverage and after I reviewed the estimate I called Javier the next day to go over a few details. He called me back within the hour, answered my questions and then was available just as quickly for my lender to confirm that the coverage was in place when they called him. I am very happy with Javier and the service I received from Western Mutual Insurance Group. I was struggling to find a decent but affordable insurance for my home in California, since most carriers are refusing to issue new policies in this high risk state. Aaron helped me secure a very competitive rate through western mutual compared to all other companies I got quotes from, and best part was he was able to avoid getting the supplemental plan through Cal Fair. And the cherry on the cake is I was able to save over $1000 on my annual premium when compared to the lowest quote from 2 other companies, and about $3000 from other higher quotes.
