Angela Levine I had such a wonderful experience with their Rachel in customer service/Service representative. Rachel helped me and was absolutely amazing — so sweet, kind, and genuine. From the moment we started talking, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She explained everything I needed to know in a way that was clear and easy to understand, and she never rushed me. I could tell she truly cared about helping me, not just doing her job. People like her make such a difference, and I’m so grateful for the time and attention she gave me. Trust me it was a very long process. She turned what could have been a stressful call into a really positive experience.

Eric Larson Been using Patrick Salazars office since moving to Visalia 9 years ago. If there is a more responsive team these people, I dont believe it. Kudos to Lisa Salazars timely reminders to a do policy review with them. We did it (eventually) and it ended up saving us a little money because we identified a coverage that we no longer needed.

MatchMachinery Everyone at Chergey Insurance is VERY helpful and attentive. So many times I reach out to our vendors and they take quite some time to reply. Chergey insurance has always responded to my communications the same day. We have worked with several different insurance brokers and Chergey has been the best. A company that really makes you feel appreciated!

Jenny flores was bright, intellegent, softly humorous at appropriate times, she read the room well, gave efficient information in an understandable manner slowing down the density of information and breaking it down in laymens terms. I am grateful to have had the pleasure of good customer care. Thank you for hiring people who make people feel like they matter as a whole person and arent offended by the truth. Ps the questions below asking about whether i decided to go with state farm dont give the option for assessing other companies to price check. I didnt get full coverage today so didnt pay out any money...I can say the price I was quoted is in line with my current insurance company. Though this company offers towing to nearest...spots..for a dollar and a quarter more a month roughly which my company does not. But they do offer other things I appreciate and utilize yearly. ♥ ty for everything Jenny Flores! During this time specifically I’ve had to file my first claim due to my car being hit and it’s been the easiest process, they have helped me every step of the way and continue to do so.!
