Gordon Bass Easy to work with and very responsive. They work really hard at making insurance easy for the customer. Always helpful with questions that come up and good at making it all make sense. Puts insurance terms into human terms. Would highly recommend! We have switched all our insurance to Matrix and couldnt be happier. Wish we had made the switch years ago!
