I was told that I drove 1000 miles more last year. 1000 miles and they charged me 50% more. The rep I talked to was no help, basically, "deal with it." I cancelled immediately and am now spending the day shopping for a new insurance company.

He was able to increase the policy amount and length of the term, with only a tiny increase in the monthly premium.
