1 /5 Rene Garcia: Do not use this agency. Youd be sorry if you do. The owner and his staff are so unprofessional and dont know what Good Customer Service is. Once they bind your policy, you are on your own. These people wont even assist you in making a simple change to your policy, like adding your spouse to the policy. The staff where in over their head. I wanted my home insurance policy to include "replacement cost" and the cant do it. Then they started to dodge my calls. I eventually spoke to the owner Victor and he told me that I dont need replacement cost added to my policy. "But if you really want it, we will make the change." The change wasnt made and subsequently, he is not available to answer my calls. I changed brokers and the difference is like night and day.

5 /5 Irene Dockins: I needed a new homeowners policy and contacted several brokers. I received a call back from Ryan right away. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Followed up exactly as promised. He walked me through the process very patiently and helped tremendously. I recommend him highly. I’m very glad I chose this agency and Ryan.

1 /5 Louis Gomez: After 13 yrs of being a customer. They changed my policy without my consent. When I asked for an explanation. They never returned my calls. Every time I called Victor Figueroa. (The owner) He was always busy. It’s been over a month and he never return my calls. Over all it’s bad customer service even from the employees who answered the phone. I change my policy to a more responsible agent. If you like Farmers just don’t go with this agent. I HAD TO CALL FARMERS INS. HEADQUARTERS TO GET AN ANSWER.

Due to some processing errors on Farmers insurance corporate my term life insurance was cancelled, 21 years into a 30 year 2 million policy, started 21 years ago w a different broker and different company. Victor, with no gain for himself, fought 7 months for me and got it reinstated against all odds. So grateful to Victor and his team. A truly good man.
