1 /5 Ciara Noakes: I called to renew my policy and the Person That answered my call was completely RUDE and unprofessional. I dont know if he was upset that his family got deported, but do not take your frustrations out on your paying customers. I can never get directed to anyone with any sense, just people who barely speak english who are rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company at all.

1 /5 Anna Miranda: I was called today by the District Manager Dariela Salazar in the morning telling me. I was hired and to complete my paperwork online which took a good 1 hour. Well 6 hours later I was told she was giving the job to another girl she knew. I’m not sure if corporate knows she’s doing this but it’s illegal to do this. I’m sure the company isn’t going to reimburse me for the gas and printed copies. I’m in San Antonio Texas.

1 /5 A.D. Dunbar: This company is attempting a rebrand due to the atrocious service and lack of business Integrity. Formally "Freeway Insurance". Check the Better Business Bureau Reviews and complaints under that company name. I was charged brokerage fees that were not discussed and the agents never returned my call to discuss it. The company took no accountability and lied about the entire incident. I contacted them to request and ensure that my policy would not auto renew 3 months prior to the end of the insurance policy and my request was clearly ignored due to the fact that I recently recieved a RENEWAL NOTICE in the mail. I would highly recommend recording any and all calls you have with this company. They are incompetent and dishonest all around.
