Michelle Sayada Clay is thorough and professional. He basically grew up in the industry and has excellent communication and customer service "savoir faire" FOR SURE!!!! I normally would not recommend just any insurance carrier; considering the recent news with regard to insurance leaving California altogether. But, I have to say that there is a level of understanding that this firm maintains. There is MUCH ADO ABOUT SOMETHING going on and that is PRECICELY WHY you should consider Farmers Insurance and the Ken Correa Insurance Agency.... they consider all angles; especially the propertys location, cause and effect, anticipated possibilities, and the reality of the probability is just more likely than not, that nature is very predictable these days and its worth every penny when it comes to sleeping at night without worry. Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera. In summary, one could not find a better insurance Agency than the one now headed by Crystal Herrera Alvarado.
