Narine Herszage Ive been working with Brandon Burroughs and his team for more than four years and cant be happier. Ever since, the renewal is a breeze. We have employees in different states, which makes our account quite complicated. Brandon, with his team, helps with the right plans, takes time to listen to what issues we are trying to solve, what concerns our employees have and brings alternatives so that we have the best possible offer for our employees. Three years ago, the Bolton team helped us move to the online benefits administration portal, which was most appreciated during the Open Enrollment 2021. The customer service is terrific. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Bolton team to anyone looking for a great insurance business partner.

Maria Diaz JC Insurance is a great place. I noticed good customer service on their services they offer. We were there for an appointment with the Consulado Mexicano Sobre Ruedas. Luckily my husband got an appointment and took out his Mexican passport. Customer service was good, lots of people with appointment, personnel was patient and fast enough.
