They took care of my claim it was alot of money if I didnt have State farm insurance I dont know what I wouldve have done! My portion was only 500.00 deductible. Ann Marie Ziomek Raul and Jennifer are wonderful. After a horrible two years of incompetent customer service with my Blue Shield Medicare supplement (involving one of my doctors never getting paid by Blue Shield despite Medicare authorizing the charges), I looked around and switched to State Farm last year. A small snag came up, Raul looked into it and fixed it right away! I hadnt known that State Farm offers Medicare supplement plans, but they do and Raul and his team provide the best customer service I have received. Thank you, Raul and Jennifer!
