Jayson Cohen I have been working with Smith Insurance Services for years. Year after year they keep impressing me. I have spent most of my life working in the healthcare side of the insurance industry, knowing how information insurance companies put out can be confusing. It is always refreshing to call SIS, to get an honest feedback and translation of my policies. This is rare in the industry as most people tell you what you "want" to hear, not what you need to hear. tammy cloud Andrea is excellent. She is very responsive to all my needs. 04/13/2023. PLEASE READ I’m providing an update to my last review !! Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable

Guera Dlt Vanessa Barrón has to be the most professional customer service representative, every time, I come she is so busy, but she maintains calm and polite. I only see her , she either needs a raise or someone to assist her . She is awesome.
