1 /5 elias Gaytan: worst insurance ever they wont explain what your coverages are. we had an accident took for ever to talk to an adjuster make me pay for towing took 3 months for them to get my truck fixed but an get it out of shop because i have to pay 1300 for towing from where i had the accident. not cool at all DONOT GET THESE INSURANCE the worst i ever had..

1 /5 Martin Guerra: This company is one of the worst in San Jose, never answer their calls, if you pay your policy on the 9th they cancel it before it expires. In other companies, id pay $30 to put another car. In this company $150 just to add another, to me it is money steal. I gave 1 star to let me comment. They dont deserve any. Muy muy mal servicio

1 /5 Laurissa Lynn: Scam artists rip off. Hidden fees. The girls only care about stupid high heals. No customer service. No person to person understanding. Totally incompitent and rude. They told me flat out if i dont like it find a new insurance company. Ive actually been a customer for 7 yrs. i did find a new company better coverage and, much much cheaper omg! I cant belive Ive been paying that much for this long. Honestly skip this place dont wast time and money.

1 /5 M Guzman: Ive had progressive since 2010 my sister in law is the one who got it for me. Since then I have only dealt with the website. Never knew that the insurance brokers were that bad.

1 /5 Patty Ojeda: If anyone is thinking of going to this place, please DONT !!!! I had canceled my policy and called to double check so I wont get charged but I did either way. I had to call them back because every time they say they will call back its night time and they are closed. I got charged for an insurance I canceled a month ago. They are very unprofesional and have very poor customer service skills. They hang up on you and cant even answer a basic question. Dont go to this people. They dont know how to do their jobs. I regret going there in the first place. Just horrible experience. And the worst customer service ever !!!!
