Over the couple years in particular, after my folks passed away, I went in because I needed to tend to transferring the titles of their cars over. It wasn’t something I was looking forward to by any means, but that day the universe was smiling down on me, as I got called to my window, and met Tosha. She was kind and sympathetic from the start; and she effortlessly guided me through the process. I did exactly what she said, and in a very efficient manner of time, it was all taken care of exactly how she told me it would play out! Ever since, whenever I go back and check in, I always tell them that I’ll wait for Tosha. Regardless of how long the wait may be! Then there’s Jennifer in the travel department. So my 13 year old daughter and I are heading to Europe in a week and a half. I was being unbelievably indecisive over the second leg of our adventure, and then I remembered: I’m a Triple A member. So I took my daughter, went in, met Jennifer; and told her what my problem was. In under an hour she had a full itinerary drafted for us. And it was literally perfect! I told her I didn’t want to see any other options. We both loved what she came up with and wanted to rock it!
