I was attempting to sell a ring and was helped by Shelly who appraised my ring and gave me the fine details and tested its purity and quality. Although I didn’t officially make a sell she was so amazing and kind was very honest about what they could offer and other means I could pursue to potentially get a better deal. She even went above and beyond, buffed and polished my ring as well. 1 /5 Josh McKinley: Good deals on coins but they lie to you if you sell. Had a 18k ring that was made using a mold that had a 14k stamp. They tested it for 18k because I told them it was and said it was 14k not 18k. A year later, I had it restamped to 18k. Brought it in again and now they say its 18k. It always was but they thought I was stupid because it said 14k. They also take a way higher percentage of money than they say on their boards for gold prices. Dont trust the guy who always wears a hat, Ryan.

5 /5 Mau M.: Yesterday, I visited this place to sell two pieces of jewelry: one that is 14 karat and another that is 18 karat. The owner was busy talking to other customers, so another employee assisted me. I noticed that when he was determining the karat of my jewelry, he changed all the numbers, adjusting them from higher to lower. This has never happened to me before during my visits here. But I do respect the owner.
