Felipe Great experience all around. I dropped off a chain and within two days it was ready to go. They have great customer service and the location is small and very well hit in butt is right next to the State Farm Insurance Company. Make sure you always call ahead because theyre always very sometimes just wanted to make sure your order or jewelry is ready to pick up.

Hapagirl Jackie the store supervisor is phenomenal. She was so kind and personable throughout my whole shopping experience. Compared to walking into Aritzia or Abercrombie and I didnt even receive so much as a glance in the same day. She has great customer service skills and I believe she will go far with this company. Hey district and regional managers this girl needs a raise and to be promoted! Not to mention she helped me save a lot of money. I bought a pair of levis (which I am very pleased you are carrying this brand), a top, and four accessories. I will definitely be coming back to this location solely due to your employee. We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish. jennifer p what a wonderful shop. there are so many beautiful beads to shop for. you can find anything from the grim reaper to a doughnut. this place came recommended from a friend to get my bracelet fixed. i found parking out front and walked in. i was able to get help immediately and met by the friendliest people. they were able to fix a bracelet that means the world to me in less than 15 minutes. it made my day more than i can say.
