Alex Accessibility: there is a large parking lot with plenty of space. It is located on flat ground, wheelchair accessible. They do have a restroom inside, but im not sure if that is wheelchair accessible. There is a changing room/dressing room inside (see photo). Experience: such an awesome place! They have something of everything! Clothing, hats, jewelry, cards, trinkets, antiques, furniture, candles, oils, soaps, lamps, home goods, notebooks, records, crystals, everything! I could spend 2 hours looking at everything, but unfortunately I didnt have that time today. Ill have to come back soon! The female employees are all so sweet.

Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.

Dahlia Alvarez Walked in for the first time looking for a 14k chain, the people were really friendly and polite. After I requested that the gold to be tested of the chain i wanted to purchase, they offered me a good deal. Then I went to go get it tested somewhere else and they did two kind of test with the electrical gun and acid, the gold was real unlike the other reviews saying otherwise. Before I walked into this place I went to another jewelry store and they denied the testing process of the gold chain unlike here.

Amanda Farrell Today my husband and I came in to look around Kay’s Jewelers to find a new wedding set for our up coming anniversary. We have always wanted rings to match our almost 10 years of marriage. Carlos was amazing and so helpful. He showed us lots of options that fit our taste and was never pushy. He was super informative and incredibly kind. We love that the men’s ring selection had a thicker band and black diamonds. (That is completely his style and he loves it). My rings are so beautiful!!!! Like, so beautiful. Carlos found us the best deal and even thanked my husband for his military service. I will definitely come back to Kay’s Jewelers and recommend them to anyone.

Taylor Colette I’ve gone to Natalie for a few piercings now—she did my septum, re-pierced my seconds, and most recently pierced my conch (which I’ve worn a cuff on for years and finally decided to get done). Every single time, the experience has been amazing. She’s professional, super knowledgeable, and always makes me feel totally comfortable. All of my piercings have healed beautifully, and the conch was no different—so easy and quick! I seriously wouldn’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about getting pierced!
