I recently had to use my insurance for the first time, with a not-at-fault incident, and Jim explained all my options to ensure I could take full advantage of my policy, and guided the claim through State Farm HQs various mistakes & delays. Apropos of nothing: unsecured load drivers need much harsher punishment. The rest of us shouldnt have to subsidize their carelessness.

Murray Webster Melanie Villeneuve and her team are the best State Farm agents I have dealt with in over 50 years with the company. Melanie helped me with an auto claim last year, and this year they spent a couple of hours eith me reviewing all my policies. I have always found them available, helpful, and professional. It is a pleasure calling or seeing them, which I doubt most people can say about an insurance agency.

Betty Chypre Really nice people! Ive been with them for years, but my first accident happened last year, (hit on the back right wheel by a car perpendicular to me) and Ric Small took all kinds of time with me, reassuring me, and handled my claim in a timely manner. I like him, his office staff, not just this one incident, but through the years with paperwork problems, etc. they bend over backwards to be helpful in every way. This is what an insurance agency SHOULD be like, but seldom is.
