Cherie Walker was so helpful trying to help me figure out information about my old policy and I wasnt even a client at the time! Thanks to her, I was also able to add way MORE protection to my vehicle at the same cost I was paying with my old insurance company. Steven Melikean I would like to take this opportunity to thank Matthew Wu for everything he did in providing me home insurance . . . In fact, I was so impressed with his knowledge and sales skills, that I ended up adding car insurance, along with an "umbrella" policy too. This would not have happened, except for the fact that Matthew is a very personable gentleman, whom explained insurance technical terms and "jargon" in laymans terms that I could easily understand. Equally important, his policy estimates (I had 3 other quotes from other insurers) were not beatable. Lastly, all of this was done, while I was selling a home in California and buying a home in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, i.e., I was under considerable stress "juggling" numerous other issues besides insurance for my new WA home.
