1 /5 Celese Williams: I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I felt the need to warn others before contacting this insurance agency.
I had the displeasure of working with and agent, Juanita Wessler, who provided me a quote for auto insurance. When she emailed me she stated I had multiple at fault accidents on my driving record, which was inaccurate. At first I thought maybe someone was fraudulently using my information, so naturally I asked questions to figure out where the information was coming from. Juanita became immediately agitated and was very unhelpful in helping me get to the bottom of it. She gave me some information on who to contact, but it was inaccurate. I then had to spend hours of research to only find out that Miss Wessler did not have the correct information on her end, and it was her error. She did not offer an apology and it was only after talking to her manager that I was able to resolve these issues, but even still the situation left me so stressed that I decided to go with another agency. I really hope per my request that there is some internal de-escalation training so that this will not happen again.
