I had a plumbing breakage and a large section of flooring in my home was ruined. American Family restored everything to the original standard, and even hosted me at a hotel during the worst of it while the work was going on. They kept the process moving forward (so I didnt have to), checked in with me frequently, and treated me with great regard and exceptional service every step of the way. As friends heard about the flooding, every one seemed to have an insurance claim "horror story" to recount, and were astounded to hear about how different my American Family claims experience was from theirs. Adam Lang Kevin and his team saved our family $6,000 this year in health insurance premiums. Besides the premium savings, the policy they found has no deductible (only copays).
