Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

Jack L I have been working with Scott Jensen and his team for one and a half years at this point and have been extremely happy with the help he has provided. He was able to save me money on a number of insurance products, but encouraged me in another direction in the one instance I could get a product cheaper somewhere else. He helped me navigate a number of business and business/insurance processes he was familiar with and provided much wise counsel. Also he was able to get me a term life policy where several other agents had failed to do so (pre existing health stuff, etc). I would highly recommend Scott and his agency whether you are a business owner or just an individual. The presence of administrative staff also makes dealing with Scotts team far easier than with standalone agents. Would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. .
