Geoffrey Johnston Jose at Farmers is absolutely amazing. I use him for home, auto, and our business policies. His attention to detail is unmatched. He also goes above and beyond when any issues arise to make sure that youre taken care of. He even called me when hail was in the forecast to make sure I knew my cars were covered by the policy in case of any damage. Talk about service!

Mark Scott I switched to Larry Hall and State Farm 20 years ago. I had a different insurance company and when I needed customer service they told me to figure things out for myself. I have never been to Larry Halls office (I live near Seattle) but Tawnee and Amber always treat me like they know me and State Farm has provided excellent coverage any time I have had any issues (car accidents or my car getting stolen). Whenever I call I find myself telling them how much I appreciate how helpful they are.

The Clean Squad I’ve been a customer for 5 years , and would only reached out once a year to get a second party vendor updated with current insurance policy. Grace always made it more complicated then it had too! Every time I reached out it seemed as I was bothering her(reminder: only contacted her once a year) had enough ended up going thru another insurance agency.
