I was having a problem with MyCAA website being down, and the staff helped me getting everything I needed prepped and ready to go for when it came back up to create my voucher and pay my tuition. If one of them isnt sure they dont just tell you "I dont know" they try and find someone who would know which is something I love. They dont just leave you lost and confused.
