Gesa Credit Union - Puyallup (WA)

1 /5 Finley McLaren-Romano: My account is showing 2k in successful transfers to a Gesa account, but of course reps at Puyallup are asking for a ‘transaction ID’ (this isn’t a thing), and claim to have no record of the transfer being made. I’m about to be homeless because of Gesa and their incompetence. I’d give you -5 stars if I could.

1 /5 Debbie Schmidt: I keep getting phones calls from them asking me to contact another person and have them call Gesa. This is extremely disturbing. No idea how they got my phone number. I do not have any accounts with them. I assume its a collections call but is it really OK to search for friends or family of an account holder and contact those people? If I was having any financial difficulties I would not expect my friends or family to be contacted about it. I have blocked them but I still find it very upsetting. There are a lot of people going through rough times right now. They dont need financial institutions contacting people you know so everyone knows your business. Shouldnt they be spending their money locating the actual person? Very sad. If it is legal is certainly not ethical.

5 /5 Sumer Hilton: Reina and Tala were the best at getting our small business account started. They were personable, friendly and timely in helping us. Even after the account was set up, they kindly assisted us in the extra details needed. Upbeat and encouraging through the whole process!

1 /5 debbie h: Worst credit union and yes have reported them to the BBB!!! You sign a contract and agree to a car loan but instead of honoring that contact they illegally raise the amount and countinue to charge different amounts monthly!! They have you to talk to one person who says you need to talk to another person who never calls back. You can have written proof and email communication of their fraudulent acts and they do their best to ignore you but continue to take large sums of money not owed to them!! This is a fraudulent company who i dont wish on my enemy and it saying a lot from the scum of this company. BE AWARE AND STEER CLEAR!! They are NOT a company you should ever have to encounter. May the light expose their truly evil deeds and no more innocent people be taken advantage!!
