Communication was smooth and easy to understand. Kyle, Dan, and Zach explained things to me in ways that I would understand, were patient with my questions, and compassionate with my concerns. Everyone I came into contact with was kind and professional. They took care of everything and only reached out when my input was needed and for regular check ins. The discovery phase was the most difficult for me, but Kyle and Zach took the time out of their evening and days off to communicate with me and share their advice. Im really happy with the outcome and would recommend them to my own family and friends.

She was sympathetic in hearing about my accident and injuries and made sure that all the details regarding my accident is noted and passed along to the attorneys. My job is very demanding and would often need to end the call and call her back later or reschedule the intake altogether, Lauren was very patient and understanding and was very flexible in terms of reconnecting at a later time. The phone receptionists were very nice as well, making sure to connect me to anyone I needed to reach when I missed their call.

1 /5 MINOO OMIDVAR: This law firm seems to care more about their own profit than their clients. Once they collect their fees and take extra money from your settlement—especially to cover any medical bills you might owe to insurance—they disappear. My attorney, Katie, completely stopped responding after the case was “settled.” I left her multiple voicemails and text messages, but never got a reply. They secured only the minimum settlement for me and had promised to pursue additional compensation through my uninsured motorist coverage, which was clearly available through my own insurance policy. That never happened, and they stopped communicating altogether. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for an attorney who will actually advocate for them and follow through on their promises.
