I needed help with my sons legal status and she was able to get me in within 2 days of my original phone call as well as submit my paperwork promptly! After submitting all required forms, she gave me a time frame of 6-8 months to hear back from homeland security, and I heard back within 3months! I received my sons certificate of nationality within 5 days of that and a ss# 2 weeks later! I can not express how happy and thankful I am for the help she provided.
