David Colbeck Horrible business practices. I was sent out a letter stating that they would represent me. I agreed and then after waiting a week to hear back from the day comes to make payment and sign paperwork they told me they wouldnt represent me.. I do not recommend using this law firm

I believe my case is considered to be high conflict, as I was the victim of domestic violence from someone with a military background and who had just been hired as a police officer with a local department , and our child was only 7 weeks old when I began the divorce process. After several consultations with different attorneys I knew Kim was who i needed in my corner. She is incredibly intelligent, ethical, fierce, honest and knows the law well. I’ve retained Kim twice and both times the outcome was in our favor. I hope that I do not find myself in a situation again where I need to hire an attorney , but if I do I will always hire Kim. She is as honest, realistic and she never made me any promises which I respect. I was no walk in the park either, I was very emotional throughout the process but Kim handled things well and professionally. Kim has my highest recommendation.
