My wife and I have been with them (Jake Timm) for about 8 years now and every time we go to the office I am amazed at the client experience. Whether it is Rachael meeting us at the door and offering to get us anything, walking through to the meeting room and having numerous staff and advisors say hello, or the teaching experiences we learn about our retirement dollars. This is truly a place that cares about you as a client, and everyone will become friends. The focus on what you actually need (and want) in retirement rather than "buy this annuity" is great as well. They will position you properly for your age, amount, risk tolerance, etc. Really happy we made the change to Ten Capital, and we know that we are in good hands.
