1 /5 Jacob Carraway: Im leaving a one star review for the company due to the fact that I constantly get calls from different offices and even from personal phone numbers even get calls on the weekends when the office is closed. Now lets get to the fee that they charge you for paying with a card. That keeps rising. And they say there is nothing they can do about it. Even had one customer service rep tell me I had to deal with it for doing business with them. So after my loan is paid off I will never ever do business with lendmark again and I will advise my friends and family not to either.

5 /5 Lovi A: The smoothest financial experience Ive ever had. Lendmark in Puyallup provided me with such a great experience. It was literally in and out. It was a bit rocky at the beginning only because they didnt have all of my information. Once I was able to provide them with what they needed, it was on like donky kong :). Each person that I came in contact with were so kind and professional. Kevin was my agent and when he wasnt available to assist me the branch manager Gricelda stepped right in. Both amazing and helpful. As well as others in their office. In person and over the phone. Safe to say customer service 10 stars. Make sure to be prepared with all documentations you need and everything will be smooth for yourself and them. Everyone walks away happy. I most definitely would recommend them.
