1 /5 Crystal Harden-Cranford: Worst collection agency ever. Someone collected 5000 from me either their lawyer or them and refuse to update my credit report as paid. In fact I Believe I was robbed because for some reason between the lawyer and agency they dont know if my medical debt is paid in full and I believe they collected debt that should have been written off under the new law.

I also mentioned to her of all the collections agency that we called on today shes the best one and the most pleasant to talk with. Someone like her on your team what makes your company great!

1 /5 Crystal Klaaskate: I had a workplace injury almost a year ago now. The urgent care I went to claimed to have never gotten L&I info even though I filled out paperwork there. I gave them all they needed to get it sorted. The bill went to this company. I got a call from them back in December. I got the information, which this company specified, I needed from my workplace and called the number that they left in a voicemail and gave it to them. I just now got a call, May 9th, saying that the bill is over due. During the last 5 months I have not received a single phone call or paper bill. They claim to have no record of me giving them the information I did and said I "must have called a different collection agency." Would a different collection agency have all of the information and be able to look up my bill reference number? If so why didnt it go through cause its getting paid all the same... everyone that I talk to has been so rude. Going back through my voicemail I have 2 with 2 different reference number, exactly the same except that the second digit on one is 0 and the other is 2.

5 /5 Mary Kniskern: Dealing with collection agencies is never fun. I created a tremendous amount of debt a few years ago, I was finally able to get to the debt this company held today. The woman I spoke with, Diana, not Angela ;) was very helpful and delightful to deal with. Although I was unable to negotiate the settlement I had hoped, my fault not theirs, Diana remained kind and professional through the whole call, even after I got frustrated. 10/10 never want to talk to them again but today was pleasant, except for the part that I had to give her all my money haha. In all fairness she offered me payments but I wanted to be done with it. Give Diana a raise, she dealt with me and remained civil, she deserves it!!

1 /5 Courtney James: This is either a fraudulent company, or its at least one with poor business practices. They called to collect on a vehicle I have never owned and only asked for my middle initial to verify that they were even talking to the correct person. They asked if Id ever lived at a certain address (an old one), and that got me caught on their hook, but the more the conversation went on, the more I realized that anyone could have that information simply off a piece of mail. By the way, theres nothing I could possibly have in collections, as every account Ive ever opened had been paid in full, or is currently active (and paid on time). Nice try crooks, maybe you shouldve picked an easier target. Ive submitted a scam complaint to the Better Business Bureau, so hopefully no one unwittingly hands you their hard earned money for nothing.
