She is available by phone to answer questions if you dont bank with them and even more diligent when you do to ensure your account is safe and sound. Felica promotes their business is a positive way and the atmosphere at the bank is a unique experience. Most banks you walk into with a security guard, plexi-glass, and a dividing line between you and everyone else. First Financial is an open and welcoming atmosphere and you will be treated like family.
