1 /5 Den Snead: Worst customer service EVER! I have several issues in the last year and they do not have the common sense or courtesy to let a customer know if there is an unusual problem. First it was with transferring and signing paper work for a ROTH acct. Then ATM was frequently out of service. Now there is an issue with a hold on a deposit check from 3/24. 3/29 I see nothing has been deposited. Why the heck would any business not notify the customer if there is an issue? Called Spokane STCU and they wont give us the Ritzville branch phone, Spokane spoke to Ritzville while I am on hold. Spokane said Ritzville could remove the hold on deposit but Spokane could not, refused to give me the Ritzville branch phone again and said I had to drive the 20 miles to talk to Ritzville in person. I drove 20 miles and Ritzville branch spent 15 minutes looking things up AGAIN and could not remove the hold. Cant call the local branch, no communication with customers. RIDICULOUS, terrible servcie.
