1 /5 Crystal J.: Transferring from Banner Bank to this has been a nightmare to say the least. But to top it all off not only do you guys not offer atm fee reimbursements like Banner did but when I go to use your atm so I don’t get a fee it says “withdrawals not available.” What a joke.

"Serving the Heart of the Member makes a big difference" I do not want to put too much family information on here but we recently had an unexpected loss. 1 /5 Khaleesi May: Seems like everytime Im serviced by Angela (I think thats her name) the personal banker shes always very rude and has an attitude. Really consering switching banks and Ive been a banner bank member since moving up here in 2019. Tried depositing a stack of bills I had made from tips all week and instead of her just using a bill counter made me count it all out and walked away to do other things. If I knew she was gonna do that I would have went back to my house to grab my debit card and just used the ATM.
