2 /5 Shyanne Moreno: I was going to give 3 stars but the customer service is terrible. Charged a overdraft fee when there was no money in the account which caused it to be in the negatives. My husband went to pay it off and they closed his account without notice. No call, no email, nothing. Older blonde lady also has an attitude problem and got mouthy with my husband when he was concerned on no notice for his account being closed. Rolled her eyes, and gaslit us about "They should’ve called you." Yeah, maybe they should’ve but it doesn’t mean that they did. She also put us on hold to mess with a plug in fragrance holder. Unprofessional and definitely won’t be coming back here, and definitely won’t recommend to other locals who looking for a bank.
