5 /5 Jasmine Minton: I’m young and I found difficulty getting my first loan. I had gone to a few different credit unions and they told me that even though I make good money and have a good credit score, it would be hard for me to get the loan I wanted. Nelson at self help made my dreams possible and at a decent rate. The atmosphere was nice, so were the people. I definitely recommend this credit union for young people who are trying to start a strong credit line!

5 /5 Fabiola Enriquez: Karina Barajas was so helpful helping me with a personal loan , the process was quick easy and had my money deposited in days. Will definitely apply for future loans again. The entire staff is amazing I switch over my business and personal accounts with this credit union.

5 /5 Adam: Signed up, simple, quick and to the point. I dont understand all these negative reviews, yall must not pay very close attention to your stash. Its up to you to know whats going on with your money. These people who work there are just hired in, its not like its their life goal to do all your bank management for you PERSONALLY. However with that said, its is their job to not rob people of credit a score. Ive never heard of this credit union before last week, so all the negative seems to be KARENS with nothing better to do. Dont be a Karen and professional establishments may be more friendly Karen.

1 /5 Corrin Ogle: By far the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time, both in person and on the phone. Tellers are unfriendly, incompetent and unwilling to put forth effort. My presence was made to feel like a burden or imposition upon the person “helping” me. This bank merger was a HUGE mistake. The new management and staff lack the integrity of an institution worthy of my investments. We will be leaving this travesty of a credit union ASAP!
