Since we began using Country we have unfortunately had to file 3 separate claims. Each one was handled quickly and efficiently. Going through a car accident is never fun, but the prompt responses and efficiency of Country helped us to resolve the situation in a much faster way than we anticipated. On top of that, the service we get from Damien is second to none. He calls regularly to make sure we have a good understanding of our coverage and to make sure there have been no changes in our lives that would require a change in the types of insurance coverage we carry. On more than one occasion this process has resulted in reduction of our monthly premiums.
