5 /5 Debbie Wilson: We started out with a rehab loan for a house. The seller backed out on us. Then we found another house. Jennifer moved heaven and Earth for us to get us financed. The sale of our home did not go smoothly. Jennifer never gave up on us. She worked three times as hard as she probably usually does, and did it with a smile. We communicated late at night, on weekends, you name it. I highly recommend PRMI and Jennifer in particular.

At every point where I .was unsure of what I was getting into, they carefully explained processes so I had the confidence to continue through the next steps. 5 /5 hollywoodcop: What more can I say about Jackie and Primary Residential Mortgage? Go to them first! Jackie is extremely knowledgeable in the ways of financing, or in our case, refinancing. She was able to get us an extremely great interest rate and worked with us diligently, keeping our fears and anxieties at bay, staying with us at every turn. If I had to do it again, (which this is out second time) I would definitely go to Primary Residential Mortgage. Thank you Jackie, you are the best!

5 /5 Tanya German: Jacque and her team were extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. All of our questions were answered promptly and were thoroughly explained. Jacque was also regularly able to accommodate our work schedules and often discussed matters with us in the evenings or over the weekend. Jacque also supported us in our decision making and we truly felt protected during the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Jacqueline Hudlow and the PRMI Team!

1 /5 Stacy Bamer: Jacqueline H (branch manager) was referred to me by a friend, who used her at a past company for their first time mortgage loan. As a first time buyer myself, I was thrilled to have a recommendation and to support the community I grew up in by doing business in Aberdeen. Jacqueline was GREAT at the beginning. Was super fast to respond to my questions, drove home this idea that the process should be fun and educational. I enjoyed myself up until the point when we actually got pre-approved and wanted to put an offer on a house. We never received a pre-approval letter to tell us interest rates & dollar amount approved, just over the phone (which I should have clarified rate - I understand now). Once our offer was accepted she wanted to lock us in to our interest rate, saying the market hasnt changed and its a good rate. Didnt think much to this. Thankfully, my husband said "shouldnt we shop around"? So, doing some quick research online, we see that banks are offering us MUCH lower interest rates so I ask her the simple question "why is your rate so much higher than what the other banks are offering". She spat back that she was offering us the lowest rate possible and dont worry she is taking care of us and has our best interest in mind and always getting the lowest rate. I called Wells Fargo the next day, had them run a pre-approval and sure enough - Wells Fargo was able to offer us 3.875% interest vs her 4.375%. Thats a matter of over $50k savings on the life of the loan. She hated that I actually did shop and do my own research. Sure enough, she matched my rate (what happened to "oh honey, dont worry youre getting the best rate possible).....we hated the fact we stuck with them to close our loan but were fearful it wouldnt close in time if we switched to Wells. After the close date, we were notified within 10 business days they have now sold off our loan to pennymac - who also has horrible reviews online. Next time we buy a house, Ill be using my local credit union OR Wells. I cant believe how dishonest and deceitful she was. I will never recommend her to anyone. (Her branch staff, Brittany was awesome to work with - I will say that. Once I upset Jacqueline by shopping around she wouldnt return ANY of my emails/calls and had Brittany work with me - showed no level of class whatsoever for having "30" years in the industry).
