1 /5 RCM: A credit union that doesnt act like a community credit union, it acts like a commercial bank. Not a good thing. Thieving and inconvenient as they ding you for ridiculous over draft fees due to no fault of my own and they steal our money and close your account. Many other CUs dont do overdraft fees period. This is no longer the days, and hasnt been for a very long time, where a human has to take time to deal with an overdraft. Any attempt via an erroneous debit attempt is made and there arent funds to cover should just simply be kicked back unpaid, no fee. Then if you dont use your account as they think you should have theyll freeze your online access and you have to then deal with customer service. Try using modern verification tools! If I havent accessed my account in mobile app for awhile and suddently to from a verified device why block my access? Gone, learn how to be a proper community CU. BECU is what you want, to hell with OCCU unless they change how they operate and treat their customers.

1 /5 Skyanne: If I could give them a 0 star I would. They made moving across the country hell. They have put me through a tremendous amount of distress. Locking me out of my account 3 times a week, bouncing payments for “insufficient funds” when I did in fact not have insufficient funds. The security is horrible. No point in downloading the app, it is just as unreliable as them. If you are taking a big move I recommend switching banks especially if you have a lot of funds in your account that you need to access. Fraud prevention will flag random things with no sequence what so ever so your account could be flagged when you try accessing it, you could show proof and it’ll take 7-10 business days before they figure it out, just to have the same issue occur over and over again. Save yourself the stress and don’t rely on OCCU for traveling or moving.

1 /5 Lynncey Olstad: What a joke of a bank even after 5 years of banking they made it so complicated for my card to mailed to a new address i gave up and Im just finding a new bank. They dont give two shits. Id bank somewhere else Im going to keybank.

1 /5 m l: Mark Mager is about worthless. Drove all the way to Shelton office talk to him for about 45 mins. Wanted to invest money into a money market fund and start a investment portfolio. This guy wasted my time. He stated that he could not advise me on what to invest in because of state law. I wish you guys would have stated that before I drove all the way there. Anyway this bank meh. Also when you try link a bank account from these guys to an investment bank like fidelity, it is not recognized and you cant transfer money from one acct to another.
